Like many manufacturers, LG continues to develop its offering around soundbars, taking advantage of the growing interest in these devices. For 2023, LG is keeping the S95QR soundbar, the flagship model announced around the same time last year. Other mid-level 2022 references will also remain in the catalog. LG adds three new models: SC95, S77S and SE6S Eclair.

New features are coming for 2022 models

A 2022 SKU update is planned by LG. The LG S95QR, S90QY, S80QR, S80QY and S75Q soundbars will thus benefit from the new Wow Orchestra features and be compatible with Wowcast. They will also allow VRR, ALLM, Ultra HD and Dolby Vision signals and technologies to pass through the HDMI inputs (except for the S75Q model) at 120 frames per second. A software update for the soundbar is scheduled for mid-2023.
