The Redmond company is designing a new high-end controller: the Xbox Elite Series 2 Core. It carries over the basic lines of the previous model, with features worked down to a softer price. This is from €129.99 to €99.
Microsoft gamepads are known for their excellent ergonomics and compatibility with many media. The Elite Series 2 model is the best from Xbox, and if we were waiting for the third version, the Redmond firm recently released a variant of its controller: the Elite Series 2 Core. A controller that offers an experience close to the old model, with some concessions, and thanks to this discount of 30 euros on its original price, it has the merit of being cheaper today.

At the beginning of the 2022 academic year, Microsoft introduced a new controller: the Elite Series 2 Core. Apart from the white color, it retains the design of the old model and pays special attention to ergonomics. Here, the manufacturer offers rubber grips with grips for better grip.
The LT/RT triggers are textured to make them easier to spot and also have a shorter trigger for an easier playing experience. Now it is possible to adjust the tension on the finger sticks. This is done simply with the key supplied with the controller.
And less accessories
The difference between the two models is in the accessories provided. To keep the bill down, the Elite Series 2 Core controller only has a charging cable and a tool to adjust the sensitivity of the sticks. No more rear paddles, storage box, charging station, or replaceable rods.
The experience can be customized because with Xbox Accessories, the player has access to different configurations. The application is very useful and allows the user to choose between two joystick shapes for example. The same is true for the directional cross. The surface of these accessories is also made of non-slip rubber.
It is available on Xbox One and Series consoles, but also on PC, smartphone, tablet and even Nvidia Shield. As for its autonomy, the brand declares an autonomy of 40 hours. You can choose between the USB-C port or the included dock to charge it.
