Not surprisingly, the eponymous LG OLED65A1 TV has a 65-inch diagonal, an ideal and truly comfortable size for home theater sessions. You will need to plan the space to accommodate this large TV. This near-limitless 4K HDR TV takes advantage of OLED and its infinite blacks, detailed contrasts and rich colors, while offering compatibility with some of the best video standards like HDR10 and Dolby Vision (but not HDR10+) for a movie-like experience.
The fact that this model is more affordable makes some concessions. While the 2022 A2 series houses the 5th generation Alpha 7 processor, the 4th generation found in the 2021 model remains very efficient. It provides very good content scaling and very detailed rendering, especially since it incorporates artificial intelligence – LG ThinQ – to adapt the quality of the image and sound to the content being viewed. As for the sound quality, we will benefit from Dolby Atmos emulation for coverage and therefore an immersive result.
Built-in operating system that provides a smooth experience

That’s why it’s not designed for next-gen consoles – the same goes for 2022 models. To compensate, LG provides ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode) to reduce latency as much as possible. The Korean brand even includes a game optimizer to automatically adjust picture settings and improve graphics for a better gaming experience.
