Update from 08.11.2022, 09:36: After the fall, Konrad felt calm. And it’s not certain that will change again due to the company’s new direction (switching to “business-to-business” distribution).

Indeed, according to the current situation, Conrad will only continue to operate the Wernberg-Köblitz branch. All other branch locations have already closed or will close in 2022. In short: the distributor can be completely ruled out as a PS5 source – at least in terms of local stocks. It is also impossible at this point to really estimate what will happen with future online discounts. There had been at least an occasional sign of life in recent months.

In short: Conrad has rarely been relevant when it comes to PS5 sales in the past. And in terms of restructuring, the situation should not really improve. But we definitely do not rule out that online prices will drop further.
