Since 1992, Projet & Tech, the Télécom Saint-Étienne robotics association, has participated annually in the French robotics cup organized by Planète Sciences (formerly the E=M6 cup). It is a public challenge that brings together passionate engineering students and many people from all over France. The team consists of first-year students who are responsible for designing and building the robot. Third-year students are there to advise and implement the training of first-year students. In addition to competition, participating in an association allows you to improve your technical skills in areas that are not necessarily covered in school, either theoretically or practically. In addition, the year-long teamwork and project management is excellent training for future engineers.
