in this document consulted by Introduction, Mr. Grilli formally warns the young owner to pay $153,998.76. He gives him 10 days to pay the money. We can read “with court costs, if any legal proceedings are not instituted”.
Recall that James William was first recognized for organizing a trip to Cancun with more than 100 people. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau even called these Quebeckers on board the plane “lack of design” and “Ostrogoths”.
A few criticisms
The contractor refused to explain what made him take this step. “Opinion speaks for itself,” he said without elaborating.

However, our correspondent, James William, obtained a letter from Gestion Romano Grilli’s attorney, which was sent to Avada. It is from this that we learn the origin of the “misunderstanding” between the company and the 29-year-old man.
The company accuses him of “lack of cooperation”, “communication problems”, “lack of clear directives”, “procrastination”, “countless volleys of fire” and even “distrust”.

“We have been mandated to inform you that our client intends to unilaterally terminate the service contract in question,” writes Me Pierre Séguin of SPS Avocats, representing the contractor. He declined our interview request.
He defends himself
For his part, James William Awad assures that it is the contractor who owes him more because his house is still not finished after more than four years of work.

“He always gives new deadlines. Last time he asked me for money, and I gave him 50 thousand dollars. There he says that I owe him about 150 thousand dollars for his work. But I don’t see what he is doing here,” he explains.

The owner also claims that Gestion Romano Grilli will invent refunds, but will not be sent any invoices to substantiate these costs.
“It doesn’t make any sense and it won’t work with me,” Awad says, far from saying his final death in the case.
In silver cash
The castle of James William Awad, owner of TripleOne in Montreal, accidentally made headlines last November. The city of Terrebonne has announced that it has erected a fence near its mansion to protect a forested area threatened by deforestation. Total cost? $100,000.
the Introduction Last January, it was announced that a resident of Bois-des-Filion had bought it. All of these homes were paid for in cash through companies registered in Quebec and Delaware.
