What’s new in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1: Bikes, Witcher Crossover and more
Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 is here. After the shortest chapter in Fortnite history at just one year, Chapter 4 could mark a new path for Epic’s battle royale, where players get an overhaul every December. In Fortnite Chapter 4, as always, a brand new map has arrived, albeit with a few hints about past drop points. New Fortnite weapons are here too, another new battle pass and brand new mechanics like motorcycles and a perk system called Augments. Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 Battle Pass
The Chapter 4 Season 1 Battle Pass contains eight more characters, V-Bucks, and dozens of other cosmetics to earn as you play throughout the season. Fortnite loves crossovers, and this season is no different with The Witcher’s Geralt of Rivia debuting on the island as Doom’s Doomslayer. Fortnite Chapter 4 Weapons
Typically, a new chapter means an overhaul of the loot pool, and that’s still true in Season 4 Season 1. Fortnite is introducing new weapons this season, including two new shotguns – only time will tell. will tell which one the fans will prefer. Fortnite Chapter 4 Map
Perhaps the most exciting part of the new Fortnite chapter is the new map. The Chapter 4 map brings a complete overhaul to the Fortnite landscape, including the introduction of motorbikes, but there aren’t a few nods to past maps that longtime players may have loved to stumble upon. Exotic and mythical weapons
The best weapons of each season are Exotics and Mythics. Exotics are sold by NPCs and Mythics are dropped by enemy NPCs when defeated. We’re now scouring the island for all of this, so you’ll find our guide here soon.
Kinetic ore
This new resource can be used by crafty players to gain an advantage when fighting against other players. We’ve put together a comprehensive guide on how to find and use kinetic ore.
Augmentation system
A new Fortnite bonus system called Augments that distributes to gamers is coming with Chapter 4, and we’ve put together a guide to break it all down for you. Things like faster reloads, faster sprints, and double jumps are all mentioned by leakers, but we’re actively confirming it now and will have all the details here soon.
All NPC Locations
From Season 2 to Season 5, each season of Fortnite introduced new NPCs, often referred to simply as “Fortnite characters” by Epic, who roam the island offering goods and services to players. All fishing spots
Just as you can complete your character collection book, you can also find every fish in the game. Zero Week Challenges
Zero Week is a fairly new way for Epic to solve week start problems in Fortnite. Instead of waiting for Thursday to arrive and rolling out the Week 1 Challenges, the Zero Week Challenges now give players an additional roster full of major XP rewards to earn.
